Aurora Zvezda wanted to do some shopping and immediately I thought of Buffalo Exchange in Santa Monica. They buy select used clothes from the public and sell them back at reasonable prices. They also don_t seem to mind if you_re an attractive female wearing a fairly transparent sweater with nothing underneath. I purchased Aurora a short skirt and top and we decided to put them to use at a local drugstore, commando-style. It didn_t take long for the Walgreens_ employees to get suspicious. We made our purchase and went back to Aurora_s to enjoy some of the Devil_s cabbage. But remember, good people don_t use marijuana.

I met Margitte Levy through an ad I posted on the infamous Craigslist. She wanted to get some modeling jobs to help pay for her tuition at a fashion design school. This was before I even developed the Zishy concept, so I was not investing much into my shoots and was just experimenting for the most part. Margitte_s raw beauty, sexuality, and general openness to my ideas blew me away. She did not have to be so revealing and provocative and goofy all at the same time, but she was that is her personality. Margitte is simply too confident and too honest to be anything else for the camera. Her girl-next-door appeal is not easy to find in a place like Hollywood. When her library video story broke in January, people on the Internet questioned why this girl was getting so popular. It is simple. Here is the second half of my shoot with Mercedes Llano. You may recall her photos in the streets of Downtown Los Angeles. After those, we wrestled with traffic on the 101 to get to her rented room in Hollywood. The view from its windows was awful, unless you were looking in. The private setting allowed me to photograph Mercedes wearing much less than outdoors. I felt Mercedes grow shy for a moment, but that was short-lived.

Hawaii is a special place. Finding a girl like Pearla Soonin to show me around restored my belief in magic. She took me to a secret spot that only locals know about. Here we go. My first time shooting for Zishy in The City. Start spreading the news. New York City has a lot to live up to now in my eyes. I was able to bring together 3 amazing women on short notice. Piper Candless had no idea she lived near this unique tourist attraction, which is in Cabazon, California. Apparently, the owner of a local gas station thought it would help business to build gigantic statues of dinosaurs that could be seen from the highway. So simple, yet so genius You may recognize the place from the movie, Pee Wee_s Big Adventure. Piper did not need much direction once we stepped out of the car. She started bending and teasing immediately and all I had to do was document her beautiful energy.

After we were essentially kicked out of the Getty Villa, we jumped on the PCH and headed up towards Santa Monica_s Muscle Beach, which just so happens to be the original Muscle Beach. I think of it as a playground for adults. There are ropes, rings, bars, and beams for all your acrobatic needs. Best of all, the equipment is free to use. Romi and Raylene showed off their flexibility, flashed the camera a few times, and worked up an appetite. I decided to take them out for the best falafel they have never had. The Hungry Pocket in Santa Monica has their falafel ball recipe honed to perfection. Supergrass_ hit, Alright, is the track in the bonus video.

Danica Ensley and I attempted a beach shoot as well, but it was not quite as successful as the indoor session. Halfway through, a rogue wave came out of nowhere and submerged us briefly. My gear took a licking but kept on ticking. This is a bonus gallery of the results. I highly doubt I will have the opportunities to make expectant mothers a frequently recurring theme. It was a hot day and we were essentially confined to the Long Beach area, so I took Tawny Henderson to the Queen Mary, which is a retired ocean liner that is permanently docked and serves as a hotel and popular landmark. Tawny_s wardrobe was a bit less than subtle and we were quickly asked to leave, but in a very polite manner. Two employees walked up to us and said, You know what we are going to tell you, right? Yes, I do. No fun allowed. Determined, we took a quick ride to a park a quarter mile down the road and resumed. The song in the bonus video is One Girl One Boy by (Chk Chk Chk).
