Los Angeles always has something going on. I glanced over a few local news sites before I picked up Elizabeth Marxs, Turned out there was an art show taking place in one of the hangars at Santa Monica Airport. Food trucks, live Brazilian music, and bad art. Count us in. After that held our attention for a while, we discovered a sort of aviation museum across the street. Took a few risky pics in there, then, Elizabeth hopped in the car for some backseat-parking-lot masterpieces. I love art.

Description:
Blake Crawford is a former state champion in cross country running. I believe the state was Washington, but I could be wrong. My memory is getting cloudy these days. She is in LA working as a stylist and photographer_s assistant, for some guy who shoots nudes and sells the prints. So she seemed comfortable with being provocative in front of the camera. Blake has a positive attitude and was up for hitting the streets and stealing some shots in front of other people_s cars. We just had to play it a bit stealth since we were right by a Russian Orthodox church which had a few patrons walking about.

Description:
Isabel Carvajal and I took to North Hollywood Park for some sun and exercise. Isabel was concerned because she hadn_t worked out in a while. She had recently recovered from a motorcycle accident that occurred a month before. However, she has a ton of dancing experience behind her and I knew she would look just fine in her workout gear. The weather was cooperating on this February day, it was a bit of an Indian Summer. Isabel can be shy at times but I could tell she enjoyed soaking up the warmth, air, and freedom on this Tuesday afternoon. She fessed up to her muscles feeling sore the next day.

Hannah Kinney was not terribly impressed with these photos. Perhaps I often create with blinders on. I often look past _imperfections_ and stigmas of what is considered to be a good photo or proper styling or a beautiful setting. But I only put images (and girls) up on Zishy that I personally appreciate. I am ultimately concerned with giving you something you don_t see everywhere on every photographer_s portfolio or in every magazine. Because no one likes being bored and Zishy will certainly end once I am bored.

Description:
Lexy Mack is as cute as a button. She is a friendly 19-yr old from New Jersey, out in LA pursuing her ambitions to become an actress. I photographed Lexy in her tiny studio apartment in Koreatown. Her funny little cat, Cheddar, was eager to jump in almost every shot. Lexy has a fabulous body from running and practicing yoga. She doesn_t drink or party much, which is very appealing and lends to her _innocent_ facade.

Description:
The venue is Glow Santa Monica. And the beautiful girl is Catie Parker. I put an ad out on the Web seeking a girl who would come to this outdoor art event and take some semi-scandalous photos. To be honest, I had low expectations since it was so last-minute. I tend to procrastinate. But once again, luck was on my side. Catie was a perfect fit. She is creative, adventurous, and completely gorgeous. The chilly conditions were a challenge, even her pup was shivering. But healthy 20 year-old Catie pulled through. She caught the attention of many and received compliments a_plenty. In actuality, I was a bit let down by Glow_s exhibits this year, but Catie Parker made the night a truly memorable experience.

Description:
Cole Esenwiein returns and we head over to a Dick Blick art supplies store. Cole wears a sweater with only a layer of cool Autumn air underneath. I worry for her ankles as she jumps and kicks in thin high heels. Luckily, Cole is as limber as a kitten and scoffs at the idea of injury. The track in the bonus video is one of Cole_s jams, Gucci Mane_s Lemonade. After the Blick adventure, we head back home for some bedroom shots. You_ll want to stay tuned.
